Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

Densley Dental has cared for Henderson families since 1991. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, call the office at (702) 212-6641 and we will walk you through it.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to densleydental.com and the forms on it. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient of the practice. That notice covers your dental records and protected health information, and we provide a copy at your first visit and any time you ask.

Information You Give Us

When you book an appointment, submit the contact form, complete a smile assessment, or ask us a question, you choose what to send. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, and a short description of what you would like help with. If a form lets you attach a photo of your smile, that photo comes to us as well.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed, and how long you stayed. We use it to see which pages are useful, to keep the site fast, and to spot abuse. It is not used to identify you personally.

How We Use What You Send

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and confirm appointments, answer questions about treatment and cost, verify insurance benefits, and improve the website. If you ask us to send reminders or practice updates, we will, and you can stop them at any time by telling us.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it to other practices or marketing companies, and we do not use your dental information to target advertising to you.

When We Share Information

We share information only with the vendors who help us run the practice, such as our scheduling and patient communication systems, our website host, and our dental laboratory, and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We also share information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the safety of a patient or our staff.

Protected Health Information

Please do not use the website's contact form or smile assessment to send detailed medical history, insurance ID numbers, or other protected health information. Those forms are not a secure channel for that kind of detail.

Once you are a patient, the health information you share with us in the office, over the phone, or through our patient portal is protected under HIPAA and handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we can provide on request.

Cookies and Website Analytics

This site uses cookies to remember basic preferences and to understand which pages patients find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though a few conveniences may not.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you send us secure. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we ask that you keep that in mind when deciding what to include in an online form.

Links to Other Websites

Our site occasionally links out, for example to our insurance partners or our patient portal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those outside sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before entering information there.

Children's Privacy

We treat many children as patients, but this website is built for the parents and guardians who book their care. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13 through this site without a parent's involvement.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to update information we have on file, correct something that is wrong, or remove you from our marketing communications, at any time. Call the office at (702) 212-6641 or email us and we will take care of it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our website or practice changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, so you can always see when it was last revised.

Contact Us

If you have a question about this policy or how your information is handled, we would rather you ask than wonder.
