At Densley Dental we make every effort to provide the finest, most comfortable, and most affordable dental care with the most convenient financial options. Our office manager Anna has worked with the practice since 1991 and has more than 35 years of experience with dental insurance, and will help maximize your benefits — bring your insurance information to your first visit and we will handle the rest.

Insurance plans we accept

We accept the majority of dental insurance plans and are contracted with the following PPOs and payors:

Aetna, AIG, Ameritas, Assurant, BCBS & Anthem Dental (including federal), Capitol Administrators, Carpenters, Cigna (including Boyd Gaming and PERCS), Connection Dental and GEHA, Delta Dental, Dental Benefit Providers, Dental Health Alliance, Dentemax & Lincoln Financial Group, First Dental Health, Great West, Guardian, Humana, Liberty Dental, MetLife, Premier Access, Principal, Sierra/Sr. Dimensions Discount Plan, Southwest PPO, Teamsters, Three Rivers, Unicare, United Concordia, United Healthcare, Wellpoint, Zenith Administrators, and more.

Payment and financial policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Patients are responsible for all fees charged regardless of insurance coverage; we bill your insurance as a courtesy and work to maximize your reimbursement for covered procedures.

CareCredit financing

For larger treatment plans we offer CareCredit, the most widely used patient payment plan in North America. You can begin treatment right away and pay over time with low monthly payments, no upfront cost, no prepayment penalty, and no annual fee. The card can be used again for yourself or family members.

No insurance? Join our in-house membership plan

Our dental savings plan gives patients without insurance an average of more than 30 percent off area prices: $259 a year for an individual, $459 for an individual plus spouse, and $199 for each additional family member. See the membership plan details or ask at your next visit.
