Dentures in Henderson, NV
Full, Partial, and Snap-On Dentures Made by Our Own Lab
Missing teeth make eating a chore and smiling a decision. Dentures give you back both. At Densley Dental, Dr. Aman Sidhu and Dr. Roger Densley fit conventional full dentures, partials, and implant-supported snap-on dentures, and every one is crafted by our in-house lab technician. That means adjustments happen while you wait, the fit is tuned in person, and you are not waiting weeks for a lab across the country.

Types of Dentures We Offer
Full conventional dentures
A complete set of upper or lower teeth on an acrylic base that rests on the gums. This is the most affordable way to replace a full arch, and modern materials look far more natural than the dentures of a generation ago. Because the jawbone slowly changes shape underneath, full dentures need periodic relines to stay snug.
Partial dentures
When you still have healthy natural teeth, a partial fills the gaps and keeps the remaining teeth from drifting. Removable partials clip onto neighboring teeth; a fixed partial (bridge) is cemented in place or anchored to implants.
Snap-on and implant-supported dentures
Two to four implants act as anchors that the denture snaps onto. The denture stays put when you eat, speak, and laugh, and the implants preserve the bone that a conventional denture lets shrink. For patients who have fought loose dentures for years, this is usually the answer.
Immediate dentures
If teeth need to be removed, an immediate denture is placed the same day as the extractions so you walk out with a full smile while you heal. It is refined or replaced once the gums settle.
Signs You May Need Dentures
- Several missing teeth that make chewing or speaking difficult
- Avoiding tougher foods like steak, apples, or nuts
- Loose or shifting teeth from advanced gum disease
- Frequent toothaches from teeth that keep breaking or decaying
- An old denture that slips, clicks, or causes sore spots
The Denture Process at Densley Dental
We begin with a consultation to understand how you eat, how you want to look, and what you have tried before. Then we take impressions and bite measurements, and our in-house technician builds a wax try-in so you can see the teeth in your mouth and approve the shape and shade. The final denture is fabricated here, delivered, and adjusted on the spot. Follow-up visits fine-tune any sore spots, and we show you how to clean and care for your new teeth.
Living With Dentures
Expect a short adjustment period for speaking and eating; start with soft foods cut small and work up. Remove and clean your dentures every night, brush your gums and tongue, and keep your regular checkups so we can catch fit changes early. A well-made, well-maintained denture should let you forget it is there.

Why Henderson Chooses Densley Dental for Dentures
Very few dental offices in the Las Vegas valley have a lab technician on staff. Ours means your denture is designed, built, and adjusted under one roof, with the doctor and the technician looking at your mouth together. Dr. Roger Densley has fitted dentures for Henderson families for decades, and Dr. Aman Sidhu brings advanced implant training from the USC School of Dentistry for patients who want a snap-on solution. When we say the fit will be right, we can back it up the same day.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the type: a conventional full denture costs less than a partial with a metal framework, and implant-supported snap-on dentures cost more up front but last longer and hold bone. Because we make dentures in-house, our pricing is competitive for Henderson. You will get a written estimate at your consultation, and we offer financing.
A snap-on (implant-retained) denture clicks onto two to four dental implants instead of resting on the gums. It does not slip, does not need adhesive, and lets you bite into foods a conventional denture cannot handle. You still take it out at night to clean it.
Usually three to five visits over a few weeks: consultation, impressions, a try-in to check the fit and look, and delivery. If teeth need to be extracted first, we can place an immediate denture the same day so you are never without teeth while you heal.
Not if they are made well. Our lab technician shapes and shades each tooth to match your face, skin tone, and the way your natural teeth looked. You see and approve the try-in before the final denture is finished.
Often, yes. A reline refits the base to your gums, which change shape over time. If the denture is old or the bone has shrunk a lot, we will talk about a new denture or adding implants to anchor it. Bring them in and we will tell you the honest answer.
